Session two will offer a review of our previous session and an in-depth look at the last two of our four qualities – Joy and Intimacy. Participants will be supported to explore what it means to live these qualities and how to develop real, reliable and precise tools for moving forward. Under the guidance and wisdom of our course presenters, participants will be supported to identify any constraints and impediments that may obstruct us from accessing Joy and Intimacy in their purity.
