Digestion is the process whereby we take a substance and break it down into smaller components, some of which enrich the body and others which are discarded, allowing us to move on to what is next. As a system, it can communicate much that we can learn from, not only about our bodies but how we approach life. Exploring the practical role that digestion plays in anxiousness and the body, this session will go beyond the role of food and examine what other aspects of life we need to digest, embracing what it means to accept, address, and let go of the thing that we consume more generally in life.
