This activity is offered as an add-on or bonus to the Anxiousness and the Body course with the audio being recorded live and made available to students to use as a support thereafter.
You can be either seated or lying down for this session, just make sure that you are warm, comfortable and won’t be disturbed. If you’d like to use blankets, pillows, eye pillows, heat packs, hot water bottles, yoga mats etc. then please have these ready with you.
The session will go for approx 20-40 minutes in total with two exercises being presented during this time.
It is not compulsory to attend this session but having you there will help make the audio rich in presence for all those who can’t attend to enjoy.
