Enrolment

Places in some courses and community events are limited. Places are not confirmed until you have received notice that you have been allocated a place.

If a fee is charged for a course or event, your enrolment application will not be processed until payment has been received in full or you have made other arrangements with the College.  Enrolment applications will be processed in order of receipt.

If a fee is charged for a course or event and a place offered to you, you will be issued with an invoice/ receipt at the time of confirming your place. Your payment will be refunded if we are unable to offer you a place.

All enrolment applications are subject to the College’s approval.

Prices and Payment

All prices quoted on the website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

All payments to the College must be in AUD.  Payments received in a currency other than AUD will not be accepted.  Payments must always be made in accordance with the College’s payment terms that apply to that payment.

All prices quoted on the website are subject to change without notice.

You should confirm the price of a course or event before finalising your enrolment application in order to avoid delay in processing your application.

Cancellations

The College reserves the right to cancel a course or event at any time before it starts.

Visitors to the website are asked to consult directly with the College to confirm the accuracy, currency and completeness of course/event information.

If a course or event is cancelled, a notice will be sent to you and a full refund issued as soon as practicable after the cancellation.

You may withdraw from a course/ event by completing and lodging a cancellation form before the start of the course/ event.  An administration fee of $20 will be charged for each cancellation.  Except in the cases of obvious emergencies, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the course / event fee will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start of the course/event.

As a general rule the College does not allow deferments or transfers, including any requests to transfer to another course. However, should you have extenuating circumstances, please discuss the situation with us.

Disclaimer

It is your responsibility when enrolling in courses/ events to ensure that you are fit to attend, and to disclose any medical or other condition affecting your ability to participate in the course/ event without risk to yourself or any other person.
