Paul O’Hara has been running his own organic shop for the last 26 years where he is front-line serving his customers and community. Passionate about people as well as food and health, he loves living and learning with whoever finds their way into his store. Paul has always done things his own way, having been trained as a school teacher he explored many paths in the healing and wellbeing realms, as well as through his love of all things science. His interest in astrology led to observing the movement of the stars and planets in the night sky, which has become foundational to Paul’s study of the place these heavenly bodies play in our lives as Souls on Earth.

Adam Warburton has a long history of involvement in the management of all forms of commercial and domestic construction, with both a trade and university educated background, giving him a unique insight the challenges of all types of work, from labouring through to executive roles. He currently works as a Senior Project and Design Manager in the niche field of Media Architecture, specialising in the design and construction of permanent feature lighting shows and large scale feature lighting installations across the globe. Adam has previously presented on various topics for CoUM on all aspects of life, and a frequently shares his insights of how to bring the practicalities of the Ageless Wisdom into one’s everyday life on a global website that presents content foundational to The Ageless Wisdom.
