College of Universal Medicine Board

The College of Universal Medicine is governed by a Board comprised of members of the student body who have qualifications and experience in education, executive management and management of not for profit and charitable organisations.

The directors are actively involved with College activities including as committee members, presenters and in management and administrative roles.

Serryn O'Regan

Serryn O'Regan is a senior lawyer with 20+ years of commercial experience, having been a Senior Associate at a national top tier firm in Australia, the lead lawyer on corporate projects worth up to $2.4 billion, the Director of the Worldwide Program at an international charitable institution based in Washington DC, an adviser to corporates on Corporate and Legal Governance, and Legal Manager Corporate Advisory and Company Secretarial at a leading healthcare company in Australia. Serryn is currently a senior corporate executive and a company director.

Natalie Benhayon
Natalie Benhayon

Founder and Director of ‘Esoteric Women’s Health ~ Health from Within’, Natalie Benhayon co-ordinates over 200 professional women worldwide delivering women’s health projects, presentations, retreats, programs and workshops. Ms Benhayon is also the Creator and Founder of the ‘Our Cycles’ mobile application, supporting women and men in their self-care and body awareness. Ms Benhayon is a co-presenter of the School of the Livingness, working concurrently full-time as a Complementary Healing Practitioner of Universal Medicine Therapies both interstate, and internationally. Director of the Esoteric Practitioner’s Association, Ms Benhayon is responsible for the continual professional development of its membership and overall direction of the association.

Charles Wilson

Charles Wilson is a barrister-at-law of the Supreme Courts of Queensland, New South Wales and the ACT. Charles is an expert in commercial litigation, negotiation and mediation. Admitted initially as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 1988, and as a barrister in 2001, Charles brings a breadth and depth of experience in significant commercial dispute resolution across all aspects of commercial activity in diverse contexts, including multi-jurisdiction, transnational disputes.

IBM Australia management for 25 years including Education manager. Consultant to Small Business for 17 years. Former Board member of Council UTS; NSW Small Business Development Corporation; Key Centre of Advanced Computing UTS; Australian Council International Chamber of Commerce; St Vincent de Paul Society; ESOCO Pty Ltd. Former member of Institute of Management; Institute of Company Directors; Marketing Institute. Awards include Fellow UTS 1995; NSW Dep. of Education Certificate of Appreciation 1992, 1992; nominated for Business Woman of the Year Award 1981.

Desiree Delaloye J.P.
Desiree Delaloye

Owner and founder of Design-Arts by Desiree Delaloye. Desiree a J.P. of NSW and Graphic Designer is a sought after professional in the field of Graphic Design, Illustration and Product Design. Formerly working as an Art Director and the lead on multimillion-dollar accounts in international ad agencies in Zurich/ Switzerland, she managed teams to great success. In 1995, Desiree opened her own Graphic Design office and after migrating to Australia in 2001 reestablished her office in Northern NSW. Design-Arts has continued to grow in its success every year and allowed Desiree to found and partner four new businesses, including co-authoring children’s books. She brings a deep love for humanity, which she expresses through her art and illustrations. Desiree has studied Energetic Laws with Universal Medicine since 2002 and applies this understanding with dedication throughout her life. She knows that everything is energy and that energy has an effect on everyone and everything. With this knowing and way of living, she serves the community.

Currently Life Coach and Practitioner of the Universal Medicine therapies (Self-Employed). Bachelor Arts and Law (with Hons) from ANU, Master of Laws (Hons) from the University of Cambridge and Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Charles Sturt University. In 1999 wrote text Trade Practices Law published by Butterworths. Previously Lecturer in Law (level B) at the Faculty of Law, University of Wollongong, 1998-2001, and previously an Associate Lecturer (level A), at the Faculty of Law, Southern Cross University, 1993-1998. Alison Greig brings her experience in education, governance in the tertiary sector and strong background in law.

With almost 30 years in the Business, Accountancy & Finance Industries, Susan Scully has worked within both National and International Companies, held a number of Company Directorship and Management positions, while managing and operating her own and others businesses since 1999. Today she is proprietor of her own Accountancy and Business Consultancy Practice in Brisbane, through which she supports people in building and developing their businesses, which range diversely across many industries located locally, nationally and internationally. She also offers services to support with personal tax and finances.

Susan’s philosophy is to make life, business and systems about people first and foremost; building and developing relationships based on deep care, consideration, respect, appreciation and enjoyment; and ensuring systems are simple, practical, easy to understand, and relevant.
